Confidential Experience Assessment Office Lady Image

You’ve worked so hard to build something beautiful.

Your space is thoughtfully designed. Your team is trained. Your services are exceptional.

And yet… something isn’t working the way it should.

Revenue has stalled. Leads inquire but don’t book. Clients visit once but don’t return. Consultations aren’t converting like they used to.

Your team says everything is fine. On paper, your systems look solid. But the numbers tell a different story.

You can’t see what you can’t see.

When you’re operating from the inside, it’s nearly impossible to experience what a prospective client does from the outside. You know what you intend the experience to be, but you don’t know what it actually feels like to walk through your door for the first time.

That’s the blind spot. And it’s costing you.

What if you could see your business exactly as your clients do, before they walk away?

what med spa owners are saying

lisa bell

Multi-Location Med Spa Owner

“Bethany is incredibly personable and spends time on your spa specifically. She makes sure her feedback is actionable with step-by-step guidance. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to grow your med spa or understand opportunities to improve.”

Lisa owns multiple med spas, and one location had been struggling for months. She couldn’t pinpoint why. The team insisted everything was fine. The numbers said otherwise.

We conducted a comprehensive secret shopper experience and delivered detailed analysis. Some findings confirmed what she’d suspected but couldn’t prove. Others revealed blind spots she hadn’t considered.

One simple recommendation: provide every new client with a personalized tour. Showcase the team, highlight the technology, let the space tell its story.

The impact was immediate.

Introducing…

the confidential experience assessment

The honest, outside perspective that finally shows you where revenue is leaking—and exactly how to capture it.

We mystery shop your entire client journey and deliver a detailed report that identifies what’s working, what’s broken, and what to fix first to maximize conversions and retention.

You’ll walk away with crystal-clear understanding of where clients are slipping away, specific recommendations prioritized by financial impact, and an actionable roadmap you can implement immediately.

Whether you work with us further or implement it yourself, you’ll finally have the clarity and direction you’ve been missing.

the 3-phase process

PHASE 1:

the mystery shop experience

Week 1

We experience your business as a prospective client would—completely anonymous, completely authentic.

We call with questions, navigate your booking process, show up for an appointment, and monitor what happens after. Every touchpoint is documented: responsiveness, professionalism, sales approach, follow-up systems.

You’ll never know we were there. That’s the point.

PHASE 2:

comprehensive analysis

WEEK 2

We analyze every interaction and identify exactly where revenue is leaking.

What worked? What didn’t? Where did trust break down? Where did the sale get lost? We compare your experience to industry best practices and evaluate financial impact.

You receive a detailed 15-25 page report with specific findings, examples, and root cause analysis.

PHASE 3:

debrief & action planning

Week 3

We walk through the findings together on a 60-minute call, discuss what we discovered, and answer your questions. You’ll receive a prioritized action plan with quick wins you can implement immediately, medium-term improvements, and long-term strategic fixes—each with clear implementation steps.

Plus: 30-day follow-up check-in via email to review progress and provide additional guidance.

Timeline: 2-3 weeks from booking to debrief.

what changes when your team uses this:

strategic expertise that understands your business

Bethany has 10+ years managing med spa operations—3 locations, 12 surgeons, 8 dermatologists. She’s built teams, navigated regulations, and scaled revenue from the inside.

When she experiences your business, she sees what other consultants miss: the systemic issues affecting conversion, the root causes behind operational breakdowns, and the specific changes that drive measurable revenue growth.

You get insights from someone who’s actually built what you’re trying to build.

a complete implementation roadmap, Not just observations

You receive a comprehensive report that shows you exactly when and where breakdowns occur, why they’re happening (process gaps, training needs, and step-by-step guidance to fix it).

The report includes specific scripts for phone conversations, process maps for booking and consultation flows, system recommendations tailored to your needs, training frameworks ready to implement, and real examples of what excellence looks like.

Your team will know exactly what to do—no guessing, no gaps.

honest guidance that serves you first

This assessment delivers value whether you work with us again or not. You receive a complete roadmap you can implement independently, honest feedback focused on your success (not our next sale), and practical recommendations that work in the real world.

The goal is your growth—however that happens.

frequently asked questions

Will my team know you're mystery shopping us?

No. The entire experience is confidential. We pose as a genuine prospective client. Your team won’t know unless you tell them afterward.

In 10+ years of conducting these assessments, we’ve never completed one without finding 5-10 actionable improvements—even for well-run businesses. If your systems are truly exceptional, we’ll validate that and identify small optimization opportunities. But most med spas have significant gaps they simply can’t see from the inside.

Regular mystery shoppers read from checklists (“Was the staff friendly?” “Was the space clean?”). We bring 10+ years of med spa operations expertise. Bethany knows what top performers do differently because she’s built and managed them. You get industry-specific insights, not generic feedback.

The report is valuable whether you work with us further or not. We’re paid for the assessment, so there’s no incentive to manufacture problems. Many clients implement recommendations themselves successfully. Some come back later for The Luxora Growth Engine when ready. Both paths are fine.

Yes. Additional locations are $1,500 each. We’ll assess each location and provide comparative analysis showing which has the strongest systems to model across others.

This is confidential—they don’t need to know it was a mystery shop. You can position findings as an “external audit” or “client experience review.” The report focuses on systems and processes, not blaming individuals. It provides objective data to support needed changes without team members feeling personally attacked.

2-3 weeks from booking to debrief:

  • Week 1: Mystery shop conducted
  • Week 2: Report prepared
  • Week 3: Debrief call scheduled and 30-day follow-up begins

Just basic business information: location, hours, services offered, and how you’d like us to approach the mystery shop (specific service to inquire about, budget range to present, etc.). We’ll coordinate details before conducting the assessment.

You can implement independently (the report is designed for this), or you can book a 30-Day Implementation Support Call ($500) for additional guidance. If you want comprehensive support, we can discuss The Luxora Growth Engine on your debrief call.
